This ebook began as a way for me to track helpful tips that I gave my clients to help them master difficult moves. A lot of these exercises are done incorrectly the majority of the time, simply because the client hasn’t been taught to do them.
As a personal trainer, I constantly see people initiating squats with their knees instead of their hips. This is a common mistake and I’m not surprised when I see it anymore. If you happen to be a personal trainer too, I’m sure you see this almost every day in the gym!
I resist the urge to smother someone with advice when I see a deadlift initiated by rounding the shoulders instead of the pushing the hips BACK towards the wall behind them. It’s an injury waiting to happen!
